Neil Parkinson has worked within the railway industry since
1984. Neil started as a training instructor in 1991 with
British Rail and was at the was time the youngest
Senior Instructor within British Rail. For the last 13 years he has been working on international projects, including Mass Transit, High Speed Rail and Freight.
